Chicken Opor Recipe

1 free-range chicken, cut into pieces, wash clean

3 tbsp oil, for frying

500 ml water

1 liter of medium coconut milk from 1 coconut

3 bay leaves

3 lime leaves

2 lemongrass stalks, bruised

1 finger galangal, bruised

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp instant chicken stock powder

Prepare the stove, heat the oil, stir-fry the spices until cooked, add water and add the chicken that has been cut and cleaned earlier and wait until it is cooked
