How to Make Soto Ayam

Material :

1 whole chicken

5 grains boiled eggs

2 pieces of boiled potatoes

100 grams of boiled sprouts

4 tbsp Onion fried

Seasoning (mashed):

5 grains Onion

5 cloves Garlic

5 grains Pecan

1 cm Ginger

1 cm Turmeric

Soto Ayam Bumbu:

2 cm galangal, crushed

1 Stem serai, crushed

2 tablespoons finely sliced onions

2 tablespoons finely sliced celery

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

pepper

Lemon water taken

How To Make Soto Ayam:

Heat water and boiled chicken over low heat until the chicken is cooked.

Enter the spice paste into the broth (chicken cooking water), then enter the galangal, lemongrass, salt, sugar and pepper.

The fried chicken was boiled and then suir-suir.
