Green Chili Squid Recipe

Ingredients :

•Squid 500 grams

•Salt/flavour

•Sugar 1 teaspoon

•Bombai sliced to taste

•Tomato pieces / dice 

•Squeeze lime juice Fine 

Seasoning :

•Onion 12-15 small size cloves

•Garlic 1 clove 

•Green chili 2 ounces 

How to make :

first, wash and cut the squid

Second, pour lime juice and salt, let stand 5 minutes then rinse

third, fry the squid for a while and drain 

fourth, grind the ground spices with salt and lime juice

fifth, heat the oil (must be hot on low heat)

Sixth, add the onions and tomato pieces

seventh, if it's wilted, add the squid and chili powder (at the same time)

eighth, add sugar, stir until well mixed

Finally, turn off the stove and serve
