According to WHO (2008), health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being which is an integral part and not merely the absence of disease or disability.
A healthy lifestyle is where we maintain or control the intakes that will enter the body, so that we do not carelessly eat unhealthy foods.
Things that need to be considered so that a healthy lifestyle is not only seen from the food consumed but also from nutritional intake, exercise and others.
The following are steps to keep the body healthy
1. eat a nutritious and balanced diet
2. eat more vegetables and fruits
3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
4. Sports
5. get enough rest
